Never heard of it and neither have any of the pro's/ good suppliers I know in the EU.
Watch out, it may be Ok but some iffy ones do pop up now and then.
Good (or at least safe) brands from EU: Diamond FX (basically Wolfe), Grimas, Kryolan (aquacolors only); Snazaroo, Eugenspiele, Fardel, Funky Foxes etc...

When you Kryolan, aquacolors only, does that mean, there is unsafe Kryolan out there?

No its just Kryloan like many brands (inc Grimas) also do a makeup/ stage range too, which is oil based.
Kryolan Supracolours (etc) come in the exact SAME containers as the Aquacolours/ Duochromes/Interferenz etc but will not wash off with water.
Very confusing.
